How does India's No. 1 shopping app convince the last batch of laggards to download the app?

When all tactical benefits and logical reasoning failed, we switched to the strongest psychological force - compliance. When someone you love and trust, trusts Flipkart, you're likely to trust the brand too.

And so, we crafted four films and a 360-degree digital campaign to represent the diversity in India with affable characters that Indians love and trust and portrayed their stories as consumers of the brand. This was my debut as a film writer in the Indian advertising industry and will always hold a special place.
