I’m a Creative and Founding Partner at Talented. In the past, I’ve been part of the leadership team at Dentsu Webchutney, as a Creative Director, where I led India's most awarded piece in Cannes Lions History: the Unfiltered History Tour, winning multiple Grand Prix', and the Titanium Lion.
It was an unthinkable honour when I was named Creative Director of the Year 2022, by the Cannes Lions Creativity Report.
In 2023, I represented India as part of Cannes Lions 'See It Be It 2023' cohort.
Over the years, I’ve been on Impact Magazine’s Top 30 under 30 Creatives (India), and IMPACT's Creative Hotlist 2022, 2023 (India). Selected as part of Google’s RARE leadership program, on Pitch Magazine's list of Superpeople and had my work for Uber featured in World Bank's Digital2Equal initiative amongst 17 global case studies. Through my body of work I’ve taken on topics such as caste discrimination in India, and created equity for women with an intersectional approach.
My favorite side-hustle is being part of the leadership at Indian Creative Women – the only diversity platform for female creatives in the Indian advertising industry, followed by teaching at top Indian communication universities such as MICA and Miami Ad School.
I’ve served on the jury for Youtube Works Awards 2022, Kyoorius Young Blood Awards 2022, Kyoorius Creative Awards 2023, Gerety Awards 2023 and the Online Jury for Cannes Lions 2023.
